Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what player data the operator of the game Reduced Transmission HD processes, why it does so and what rights the player has. The Policy covers the game and the operator's website, including the page used to top up the in-game balance.

The Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data" of the Russian Federation.

Operator

This Policy is issued by the developer of the game Reduced Transmission HD, identified on the app's store listing.

What data we process

Game account data: — account identifier; — in-game name (nickname) and the history of its changes; — level, experience, in-game currency balance; — in-game vehicles owned by the player and their characteristics; — clan, joining and leaving it, contribution to the clan; — account creation date and date of last sign-in.

Device and game client data: — device model and device identifier, and the history of devices used to sign in; — game client settings and information about its version; — service data of the anti-cheat system.

Contact data: — email address, if the player has provided one.

Data on violations of the game rules: — information about bans and restrictions, their reasons and duration; — internal moderator notes.

Purchase data: — order number, player identifier, name of the purchased item; — amount in roubles, amount of in-game currency credited, subscription period, number of tickets; — order status, date of creation and date the purchase was credited.

Website technical data: — web server records: request address, date and time of the request.

We do not request or process surnames, first names and patronymics, passport data, phone numbers, home addresses, location data, biometric data or special categories of personal data.

Why we process data

Data is processed in order to: — create a game account and save game progress; — operate multiplayer modes and the clan system; — sell the player in-game currency, a subscription or a vehicle and credit the purchase to the account; — send the player a fiscal receipt for a completed purchase; — restore the player's access to the account when the device is changed; — handle the player's support request; — detect violations of the game rules and apply the restrictions those rules provide for; — maintain the operability and security of the game servers and the website; — comply with the obligations the law imposes on the operator.

We do not use player data for advertising mailings and do not pass it to third parties for such purposes.

Legal grounds for processing

Most processing is carried out to perform the contract to which the player is a party — the End User License Agreement (clause 5 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). The player's consent is not required for this and is not requested.

Processing of purchase data and disclosure of the email address to the bank for sending the fiscal receipt are carried out to fulfil obligations imposed on the operator by the legislation on cash register equipment and on accounting (clause 2 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

Processing of technical data and of information about rule violations is carried out to pursue the operator's legitimate interests — keeping the service operational and protecting it against cheating — provided that the rights and freedoms of the player are not thereby infringed (clause 7 of part 1 of article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).

How we obtain data

Data comes from the player when an account is registered, when an email address is provided and when support is contacted. It is also generated automatically during play and when purchases are made.

The balance top-up page opens through a link from the game and displays the data of the account whose identifier is passed in that link. We request no separate data on the website.

Who we share data with

The bank servicing payment acceptance — the player's email address, the name of the item and the amount of the purchase. The disclosure is necessary to process the payment and to send the fiscal receipt.

Authorised state bodies — in the cases, to the extent and in the manner provided for by law.

Data is passed to no other parties. We do not sell player data, do not pass it to advertising networks and do not use third-party web analytics on the website.

Where data is stored

The databases in which personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved are located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The servers and databases are placed on equipment rented from a Russian hosting provider. The operator administers this equipment itself; the hosting provider does not receive player data and does not process it on the operator's instructions.

Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.

How long we keep data

Game account data is stored for as long as the account exists.

Information about purchases and payments is stored for the period established by accounting legislation and is not subject to deletion at the player's request before that period expires.

Web server records are stored for no longer than twelve months.

Records of the player's acceptance of the End User License Agreement and of this Policy are stored for the lifetime of the account and for three years after its deletion. The email address is removed from such a record once the account is deleted.

Once the storage periods expire, data is destroyed or anonymised.

How we protect data

The operator applies the legal, organisational and technical measures provided for by articles 18.1 and 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including: — limiting the range of staff who have access to data and keeping a record of such access; — applying encryption to connections with the website and the game servers; — storing administrator account passwords only as irreversible hashes; — carrying out internal checks that processing complies with the requirements of the law.

Player rights

The player has the right to: — obtain the information about the processing of their personal data provided for by part 7 of article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ; — require data to be corrected if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate; — require data to be blocked or destroyed if it was obtained unlawfully or is not necessary for the stated purpose; — withdraw consent, where consent was given; — object to processing carried out in the operator's legitimate interests; — appeal against the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

How to contact the operator

Requests are sent to rthdboosty@gmail.com. A request must state the game account identifier together with information that makes it possible to confirm that the request comes from the account owner — for example the email address linked to the account.

A reply is sent within ten working days of the request being received. This period may be extended by no more than five working days, of which the operator notifies the player, stating the reason for the extension.

How to delete an account and data

An account can be deleted by writing to rthdboosty@gmail.com. Game progress, balance, vehicles and purchase history are deleted irreversibly and cannot be restored.

Information about completed payments is retained for the period established by accounting legislation.

Children's data

The game is not intended for use by children below the age at which consent to the processing of personal data may be given independently. For a minor under the age of fourteen, consent is given by their legal representative.

If a legal representative becomes aware that a child has provided data without the representative's knowledge, they may write to rthdboosty@gmail.com and the data will be deleted.

Cookies

No cookies are set on the pages of the website available to players. The only cookie in use supports the session in the administrative section of the website, which is accessible to the operator's staff alone, and is strictly necessary.

No web analytics systems and no visitor counters are used on the website.

Changes to the Policy

The operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at https://rthd.online/privacy_policy and in the "My data" section inside the game.

When the Policy changes, the player is invited to review the new version the next time the game is launched.
